We Love Pets! The Woods provides a range of greenbelt areas for recreation. We also have beautiful designated pet areas with DogiPot Stations. - We welcome most small and large breed dogs, and do not have a pet weight limit. - We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. - Pet deposits are refundable and range from $150- $250 per pet depending on the size of your pets. There is also a non-refundable pet fee of $150- $250 per pet. - Give us a call if you have questions about breed restrictions. - Please provide proof from your veterinarian of up-to-date shots.
